Winter Training (Week 2)

This week's training session went well. Unlike last week, this week I nearly made it the whole session before I had to take a breather. I'd like to attribute that to being strong, but the fact of the mater is we focused on muscles I've had experience working on. That said, it was still a great session.

Which leads me to the "bad" news. I thought I had just finished recovering from the head cold that was going around. It looked like the symptoms had peaked Sunday, unfortunately the workout Monday was enough to reignite the dying embers of that sickness.

Suffice it to say, I didn't work out the rest of the week, choosing instead to try and recover. I'm not sure what this is going to mean for Monday's session, but as I am feeling much better, I think it was the right choice to make.
